Made to Order policy

・Orders for longer shelf life confections such as Kohakuto Jelly-candy, dried confection(Higashi) and Mochi can be shipped to anywhere in the US.  Please check online shop => Official shop / Etsy.
琥珀糖やお干菓子は全米各地へ発送いたします。オフィシャルショップ / Etsy店をご覧ください。

・Orders must be picked up in Cleveland, Ohio, except orders for longer shelf life confections such as Kohakuto Jelly-candy. (Namagashi, Nerikiri can not ship )
琥珀糖や干菓子以外は、クリーブランド周辺での手渡し納品となります。

・Minimum order 10 pieces except dried confections such as Kohakuto Jelly-candy (sold in packages).
ミニマムオーダー10個～（琥珀糖以外）

・Please contact me about special requests (flavor, color, vegan etc).
中あんなどはカスタマイズ可能です。お気軽にご相談ください。

・Please allow at least 10 business days to prepare and ship all confections.
