Chrysanthemum
English follows Japanese. 生け花インターナショナルで、練り切りづくりのワークショップを教える機会をいただきました。可憐な小菊を見ながら、練り切りあんを着色し、ボカシをほどこしました。和菓子とはどんなものか、どんな味がするのか想像も出来なかったけれど、とても楽しかったと言っていただけて、、、嬉しかったです。

花を通じての友情
生け花の花、練り切りの花、花という共通点でつながらせていただくことが出来て、とても光栄です。素晴らしい機会に感謝をしています。
I am very honored that I had the privilege of teaching a Nerikiri workshop at Ikebana International. While admiring the delicate chrysanthemum, We colored the Nerikiri dough and expressed the beautiful gradation of colors of the flowers by the blurring of the nerikiri dough.
"I couldn't even imagine what wagashi was like or what it tasted like, but it turned out it was a lot of fun... " and that made me very happy.
