Fox Mask, Twisted Stick & Fukumame, Type: Nerikiri Sweet, Artist’s Note: Created for Hatsuumamatsuri, just before Risshun (Beginning of Spring), these nerikiri sweets depict a fox mask—symbolizing the Inari deity’s messenger—lucky beans, and a traditional twisted stick, all classic motifs in Japanese confectionery. Soft dough and delicate colors convey the seasonal ritual, inviting good fortune and warding off evil in every bite. 狐面・ねじり棒・福豆（Fox Mask, Twisted Stick & Fukumame）、種類：練り切り、 制作の想い： 二十四節気のひとつ、立春の直前に行われる初午祭に合わせた練り切りです。 稲荷神の使いとされる狐を模した「狐面」、福を招く「福豆」、縁起物の「ねじり棒」を柔らかな生地で表現しました。 季節の節目を味わいながら、邪気を払い福を招く祈りをひと口で感じていただけたら嬉しいです。
