Sweet potato Nerikiri
Sweet potato Nerikiri March 20 is the day of the Spring Equinox. QTiME magazine featured my recipe of Haruhikari (spring light), Nerikiri sweets made from sweet potatoes. To commemorate the fact that Nerikiri has been designated a "registered intangible cultural property" by the Japanese agency for Cultural Affairs, I am creating a recipe for Vegetable Nerikiri. さつまいも練り切り 練り切りが文化庁の「登録無形文化財」となったことを記念して、さつまいもで作る練り切りのレシピを QTiME で紹介してもらいました。
