Camellia - Tsubaki
February 4th is "Risshun", the beginning of spring (in the traditional Japanese calendar). The cold weather has reached its peak, and Cleveland has experienced a record-breaking winter storm with lots of snow. This is the nerikiri cake of Camelia with the snow. The camellia bloomed with dignity in the cold season, and I put some Koorimochi, freeze dried mochi sprinkles, made to look like snow. Hope you will stay warm and well in this weather.
